Following our collaboration for the grand reopening of LEPSIM Hikarinomori last February, we are once again working on a project with LEPSIM this year.
This year marks LEPSIM's 20th anniversary! We also participated in LEPSIM's 20th-anniversary event in Koshigaya Lake Town, Saitama, in April. The theme of the 20th-anniversary project is "Going to meet you." LEPSIM plans to organize events at stores nationwide! We're really looking forward to seeing what kind of projects they have in store!
And, surprisingly, a 20th-anniversary event is also scheduled to be held in Kumamoto at the Hikarinomori store in August. BLANCO will be bringing collaborative ice cream, so please look forward to it! There might also be a resale of collaborative goods (T-shirts, socks, hats, etc.).

Two very special collaborative ice creams using carrots, a specialty of Kikuyo Town, will be available!
"Carrot & Herb Salt"
→ A milk-based ice cream blended with carrot paste, topped with a herb salt made from a blend of homegrown organic basil and nuts. It is characterized by maximizing the natural flavor of the carrot without any strongクセ (unpleasant taste). - "Carrot & Cinnamon Walnut" → A milk-based ice cream blended with carrot paste, cinnamon, and walnuts. This ice cream features the delightful combination of cinnamon and fragrant walnuts matching the carrot flavor.
The carrots used this time are from Mayumi Farm in Kikuyo Town @mayuminouen_kumamoto. These carrots have won first place in consumer polls for two consecutive years in Japan! They are sweet, have no strongクセ (unpleasant taste), and are juicy. They are also easy for children to eat, so we highly recommend them♪
