Yamato Town, Kumamoto Prefecture. BLANCO is located in this town, surrounded by the nature of Aso. We use local ingredients, and we handle everything ourselves, from sourcing raw materials to manufacturing and shipping. What we value most is confronting the ingredients and having the faces of the creators visible. We also aim to notice and capture the small joys found in everyday life. Engaging with the community and people, we infuse familiar abundance into our ice cream.

Using local ingredients
We use ingredients unique to the region, such as milk nurtured by Aso's nature, organic vegetables and fruits grown by local farmers, and our own home-grown herbs and honey.
Harvest
To make the most of every part of the ingredients
We carefully select delicious ingredients, even those that are off-spec and difficult to ship, or perfectly ripe fruits, and transform each one into ice cream, cherishing its bounty.
Natural
No reliance on sugar or additives
We keep sugar to a minimum and do not use preservatives, artificial flavors, thickeners, or stabilizers, valuing the natural taste of the ingredients themselves.
Fresh
Delivering the delicious taste of freshly made products
Leveraging the advantage of producing near where our ingredients are grown, we do not mass-produce. Instead, we optimize our manufacturing process to deliver products as fresh as possible, as quickly as possible.
Kindness

Our aim is to create ice cream that is gentle on both body and mind, which everyone, from children to the elderly, can enjoy with peace of mind, regardless of their generation or background.
