BLANCO ICECERAM handles all processes, from sourcing ingredients to manufacturing and shipping, in Yamato-cho, a town at the foot of Mt. Aso, rich in nature. We carefully handcraft each ice cream, using high-quality milk ice cream made from dairy cows raised on the magnificent land of Aso as a base. We use ingredients, preferably organic, sourced mainly from Yamato-cho and the surrounding region, ensuring that our ice cream can be enjoyed with peace of mind by everyone from children to grandparents.
